As the regional after-sales manager at Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik (SKT) responsible for Stockholm North/East, you will have an exciting role where you combine customer contact, problem-solving, and business development with significant personal responsibility. You will be the company's face to municipal and private customers as well as partners, with the opportunity to promote profitable growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop the service offering in your region. Your responsibilities
In this role, you will lead SKT's after-sales work in your region and have daily contact with customers, contractors, and service partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal operational organizations and workshops
- Manage warranty cases and complaints in collaboration with the central after-sales team
- Support project managers during the handover from project to operation
- Drive upselling and identify new business opportunities within after-sales
- Train and introduce service partners and ensure delivery quality
- Ensure commissioning and follow up on the functionality of delivered projects
- Provide technical support to customers via phone
You will be based at the office in Täby but will be responsible for the Stockholm North/Central region, which involves travel north in the region. Travel occurs regularly and includes about 2-3 overnight stays per month.
Worth knowing
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. You will be part of the after-sales organization and work closely with colleagues in projects, sales, and service. The role is characterized by freedom under responsibility where you plan your days yourself, while also being an important representative for SKT in customer contact. You will receive continuous support from an engaged after-sales team with broad technical expertise.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone with experience in customer relations and sales, preferably within technically oriented industries. You do not need to be a technician, but you should have sufficient technical understanding to discuss electrical and pump technology with customers and partners. You are business-oriented, communicative, and enjoy building relationships and solving problems. We expect you to have good computer skills, a B driver's license, and to be fluent in Swedish and English.
You are proactive, structured, and used to taking your own initiatives. You are reliable in your delivery and act as a role model. Your ability to collaborate and create long-term relationships is key to success in the role.
